The rooms at Hotel Zamkowy have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the private bathroom with a shower – it was refreshing and convenient. The work desk and telephone also came in handy for any business needs. And let's not forget about the cable TV – perfect for relaxing after a long day. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere!
The 24-hour front desk could get a bit busy, but that's just my personal preference. Others might find it convenient.

The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and cool monuments nearby. Plus, there's a bus stop just a short walk away, which is super convenient. the hotel itself was quite clean and the staff was really kind.
The wifi was a bit spotty, so I couldn't always stay connected. if you end up with a room facing the main street, it can get really loud if you have the window open.

During our stay at Hotel Zamkowy, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of the rooms. The wooden floors and well-painted walls added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Despite the plain interior, the beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well. The location of the hotel within a historic building was also a great plus.
There were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of English-speaking staff and the absence of certain amenities like shampoo and a hairdryer in the shower. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff, convenient location between church and museum, safe and easy parking, clean and well-appointed rooms. Good breakfast, although instant coffee could be better. Top floor room felt new, rest of hotel slightly dated but everything in good repair. Right next to historic sites, reception available late, standard amenities.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zamkowy for a few nights while exploring downtown. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a museum right next door and plenty of restaurants and monuments nearby. It was also convenient to have a bus stop and railway station within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean, and although the bathroom was small, it was functional. The breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. a great choice for my stay.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The location was perf because it was super close to the coolest restaurant Anna de Croy and the tea house Herbaciamia "Spichlerzu Richter". We had a blast exploring Slupsk and even visited the Castle Museum and the Gothic Town Hall. The hotel was clean and comfy, and the staff was really friendly. it was a lit experience!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening vibe for young people like us. It would have been dope if the hotel had a cool lounge or bar where we could chill and meet other travelers.
